My Mission
My mission is to create a community of people who feel accepted for who they are and encourage them to thrive.
My whole life I struggled to accept myself. This manifested most strongly in my eating disorder, which was directly tied to my self-esteem and insecurities. I always thought I wasn’t worth anything. When I began to accept my body, there was a domino effect. I accepted my sexuality. I accepted my personality. Lastly, I accepted my self-worth. Accepting every part of myself led to me feeling confident and strong, able to take on anything.
My Why
Communication is hugely important to me.
I have learned through the years that sometimes communication means shutting up and listening. Communication leads to connection. Connection is what makes you not feel alone in this world. I believe there’s a special magic that happens when you connect with someone completely different than you. Your world opens up that much more. A different kind of magic happens when you connect with someone similar. You instantly feel like someone gets it. Connection leads to understanding. When understanding happens, irrational fear dissipates. Communicating, making these connections, and finding understanding is what makes me feel alive.

My Story
I’m a queer human whose pronouns are she/her. I’m an Aquarius, but I feel like I agree with only half the Aquarius things I read. I LOVE cheese. I also LOVE Halloween. I could go on and on with fun factoids, but I really want to share how I got here.
I was never one of those people who always knew what they wanted to do with their life. When I went to college, I somehow found graphic design. FINALLY, I could picture what I would do as a career. It felt right. I used to say I could never imagine doing anything else.
Fast forward to 7 years in my career. I had defaulted into going freelance after being let go due to company cutbacks. The business I once thought was thriving was not faring well in a pandemic economy.
Mentally, I was depressed. Creatively, I was stuck. Monetarily, I was in trouble.
If you have ever been super stuck, I feel you. It’s extra hard to become un-stuck by yourself. The moment I started asking for help, actual change started happening. Let me be that help for you.
But to be honest, I had been in a different kind of trouble for a while. I wasn’t as passionate about graphic design as I once had been. It had beaten me down in a way. Drained me. I kept seeing people in my field get promoted, reach the stages that I dreamed of for myself. I had no idea how these people were making it happen. I worked hard and always got amazing reviews at the end of the year. But here I was, with not much to show for the last 7 years. I was tired. I was unmotivated. I was a little lost.
Now, I absolutely could see myself doing something else. I just didn’t know what.
That’s when a friend stepped in and answered that question. It was something I had been doing my entire life without realising it.
Organisation is my passion. That may sound nerdy but hey, it’s true. I’m letting my nerd flag fly. I organize everything in my house. But I also organise my days and routines. I organise how I approach projects. I even organise my thoughts. And I help my friends do the same when they ask.
Now, that’s what I do for others as a Lifestyle Coach. I organise my client’s lives. Coaching has completely changed my energy. I have motivation. I’m excited. I feel satisfied at the end of the day.
I love lifting people up and now I do it every day.
